These programs are as much fun for the children as they are for the parents. Whether your child wants to explore a new sport, make friends, or you want your child to become more active, our kids programs are designed to help them cultivate good qualities and build strength and confidence.

Climb & Dine

Give yourself a night on the town and leave the kids in good hands with Mesa Rim’s Friday night Climb’n’Dine. Drop off the kids for a fun night climbing on Mesa Rim’s rock towers followed by a healthy meal the kids are sure to love. We’ll make sure they’re worn out, fed, and ready for bed!

Parents must reserve at least 24 hours ahead to ensure space. Mesa Rim may cancel due to under attendance and will issue a credit or refund to prepaid customers. Cancellations will be made no later than 5pm the thursday before.

Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month
6:00pm to 8:30pm

Cost: $40 per kid. Customer cancellations receive a credit for future Climb’n’Dine nights. No refunds are given.

Rock Monsters Kids Club

The Rock Monsters program is designed to advance young climbers with little to no experience and assist their advancement in climbing, while keeping their experience safe and fun. Your kids can start on the kids rock climbing wall and advance onto our bigger walls in no time!

Kids learn proper climbing and safety techniques, build strength and flexibility through supplemental strength training and stretching routines, and most off all, have a blast through inventive climbing games and activities designed to keep the young brains and limbs engaged.

Home School Programs

Accommodating children from ages 6 to 14, the Rock Monsters Program is designed to advance young climbers with little-to-no experience while keeping their experience safe and fun. Kids have a blast learning proper climbing and safety techniques while building strength and flexibility through supplemental strength training and stretching routines.

Our Home School Programs are designed to be flexible with your schedule. We customize the content and curriculum to your child’s needs.

Merit Badge Program

Learn the fundamentals of rock climbing, belaying, rappelling, relevant gear, communication, and basic first aid and earn a coveted scouting merit badge for doing so. Mesa Rim offers rock climbing for kids merit badge programs upon request so call and schedule a session for your troop!
