Our vision at Mesa Rim is to improve the quality of life of our community. We believe climbing can be transformative and we’re driven to inspire lifelong climbers who seek learning, self-growth, and connection with the community. The Head Setter brings this to life by leading a regional Routesetting Program that provides meaningful movement experiences for climbers of all levels and abilities in service of our communities. This position requires a passion for climbing, routesetting and innovation, as well as experience developing and leading a team. The Head Setter will begin training in the summer and (pending construction timing) will begin setting on-site in early September.⚡️
