Explore 360 degrees of core activation, engagement, and integration in this 30 minute class. A combination of body weight strengthening, Pilates- inspired exercises, and yoga-inspired movements will help you access all components of your core. This class invites you to work hard and cultivate core strength that enhances your climbing and overall fitness levels! All levels of experience are welcome.

Full Body Strength
