Yin yoga is the compliment to any yang practice such as vinyasa yoga, strength training, or high-intensity aerobic exercises.
With long holds, meditative movement, and a quieting of the body and mind, yin yoga provides stress relief, regeneration, and a time to be still in our fast paced modern world.
In this yin yoga training you will learn the philosophy of yin, yin postures and modifications using various props, yin sequencing, physical and energetic systems in the body that correlate to the practice, how to facilitate mindfulness meditation, and much more. This training is appropriate for anyone looking to deepen their practice and understanding of yin or yoga in general, as well as any yoga teachers looking to add yin to their skill set.
