This class is an excellent complement to an active lifestyle. While most forms of physical activity strengthen and condition muscles, restorative yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues and joints, promoting a healthy range of motion and functional movement.

Bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need. Limited rentals available.

Happy Hour Yoga

Strengthening flow with creative, fun movements to help reset and restore your mindset as you transition into the weekend. Be ready to move, grove and breathe deeply. This class will provide an opportunity to explore yoga through moderate to advanced poses.

Saturday 8/27

Special Edition Yoga + Cold Plunge

Start the weekend off feeling refreshed with this revamped Saturday morning yoga class. Come warm up with us with a strong yoga practice, chanting, and breathwork. After this class, you will have the opportunity to utilize our pop-up cold plunge & sauna, which you are encouraged to enter at your own risk. This class is for all levels and is seasonal during the hot summer months.

Sunday 8/28

Sunday Community Yoga ((free))

Community Yoga - join us for a complimentary yoga class every Sunday! No day pass/membership needed. This class is designed for people that have dealt with injuries in the past or are new to this practice and is geared towards people that are curious about yoga but haven't done much.  All levels and especiially beginners, are welcome! Mostly yoga asana (poses) focused.

Meditation + Pranayama

Sunday Sadhana (meditation) is led with some digestible, yogic philosophy followed by breathework and time to silently sit. The occasional mantra and chanting will be taught. A great way to start the week and set clear intentions.
