Hand and arm balances in Yoga are fun, playful, challenging, and confidence building. In this special 2 hour class you’ll get a chance to try out some balances that don’t always show up in our regular Yoga classes.
This class will include preparation poses to warm up hips, shoulders and wrists; tips and tricks for effortlessly taking flight; and the opportunity to put it all together in a well-rounded practice focussed on standing on your hands.
All levels of experience welcome.
