H. I. P. (High Intensity Pilates) is a fun, fast paced total body workout. We follow a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format and offer clear and precise instruction on exercise form to ensure safety and best results. Don't be discouraged by the 'high intensity', as all moves will have modifications to suit your needs and still give you a great workout. This class will take place on a mat, with movement ranging from laying on the ground to standing up. This class will help you strengthen your core, upper body, legs and cardiovascular system in one upbeat hour.
