Climbing with Kin

This is an opportunity for you and your child to utilize their purple Youth Belay Card outside of a structured program. Coaches will be present to ensure that proper belay technique is being followed and talk about our youth programs. While no technical coaching will be offered, coaches are available to answer questions and encourage children and parents alike! Registration will be opened to 5 youth belayers 48 hours before the session begins. Registration is done over the phone or in person.

• Children with Youth Belay Cards are allowed to belay their parent(s) during this time.
• Both parties must have a belay certification at Mesa Rim.
• Day-of open spots are first come, first served.
