Join us for Community Yoga in Spanish on the first Sunday of every month. This is a vinyasa flow class that emphasizes the connection of movement and breath. The community class is free for all to attend.

Dyno Fitness Series 1/4

The Dynamic Series are four 45 minute classes with a focus on a variety of bodyweight, free-weight, and cardio moves designed to improve muscular power, force, and endurance. Build strength while training your body to exert force at a higher velocity in order to propel yourself up the wall. Lower body, upper body, cardio, and core will all get their own session as we work our way through this climbing specific fitness series.

This class series includes 4 classes and is $15 for all members and $40 for all non-members.

All are welcome to attend! Class size is limited. Registration is required.

Slow down, breathe, and focus your mind. Explore different breathing and meditation techniques to chill your mind and bring balance to your nervous system. This is a fantastic introduction into meditation or a great way to stay consistent in your practice with community support.

Explore 360 degrees of core activation, engagement, and integration in this 30 minute class. A combination of body weight strengthening, Pilates- inspired exercises, and yoga-inspired movements will help you access all components of your core. This class invites you to work hard and cultivate core strength that enhances your climbing and overall fitness levels! All levels of experience are welcome.
