Join us for Community Yoga in Spanish on the first Sunday of every month. This is a vinyasa flow class that emphasizes the connection of movement and breath. The community class is free for all to attend.
Beginner's Workshop Series 2/4

Join our 4-week beginner’s workshop series, designed to help you build a solid foundation in your practice. Each class builds upon the last, guiding you through essential poses, breathwork, and movement principles to help you feel strong, flexible, and empowered in your practice.
Throughout the series, you'll learn:
Ujjayi Breath – Discover how controlled breathing enhances focus and movement.
Foundational Poses – Master Downward Facing Dog, Warrior 1 & 2, and standing postures.
Twists & Transitions – Learn safe and effective ways to move between poses with confidence.
By the end of the series, you'll have the tools to modify poses for your body, flow with ease, and step into any yoga class feeling prepared and self-assured.
4-Class Series | Progressive Learning – While attending all sessions is encouraged for the best experience, you can join one or all classes in the series.
Pricing: $25 for members | $50 for non-members (full series).

Meditation & Mindfulness 45 min

Slow down, breathe, and focus your mind. Explore different breathing and meditation techniques to chill your mind and bring balance to your nervous system. This is a fantastic introduction into meditation or a great way to stay consistent in your practice with community support.
