Yoga Basics is an opportunity for brand new or well seasoned practitioners to explore the intricacies of foundational postures and movements. With cues that explore alignment, breath, and the fluctuations of the mind, this hour is intended to open and realign the body in order to sit more comfortably for meditation and enter the week with ease.

Meditation

Sunday Meditation is a tailored practice that meets the individuals of the group and allows space to discuss the experiences, questions, and ideas that arise. With aspects of mindfulness, concentration, loving compassion, breathwork, and much more, this is a great opportunity to explore varying methods and find the practice that is right for you.

Monday 9/27

Sunrise Yoga (all levels)

Sunrise Yoga provides a vinyasa based practice that will reawaken your body and mind. Often tailored to the needs of the group, it may include breath-to-movement sequencing, traditional postures, mobility exploration, and/or myofascial release that will unwind tension and prime you for whatever the day brings.
6:00 – 7:15pm

Vinyasa Flow Level 2

A fusion of creative yoga sequences that keep you moving, build endurance, mental focus, increase flexibility and strength while breathing in coordination with each movement. Expect upbeat music throughout class, and a restful savasana at the end to send you peacefully through your day.

Vinyasa Flow All Levels

Vinyasa Flow (all levels)

All levels Vinyasa Flow - 45 minutes

Bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need. No mats or props will be provided by Mesa Rim.

Place your mat in one of the designated stops on the floor.

Face covering must be worn upon entrance to the gym and the yoga studio. Optionally you may take your face mask off once you're on your yoga mat.

Yin Yoga

Work the connective tissues of our ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks in this meditative practice focused on deep stretching, breathing and relaxation. Yin postures are held for an extended time allowing for deep stretches that are soft, rather than muscle driven.
7:30 – 8:45pm
