Wednesday 7/6

6:45 – 7:45am

Sunrise Yoga (all levels)

Steven T.
Sunrise Yoga provides a vinyasa based practice that will reawaken your body and mind. Often tailored to the needs of the group, it may include breath-to-movement sequencing, traditional postures, mobility exploration, and/or myofascial release that will unwind tension and prime you for whatever the day brings.
12:00 – 1:00pm

Ashtanga Inspired

Michelle H.

The Ashtanga Inspired class offers options for all levels of practice. Dynamic movement and creative sequencing are woven together with an awareness of breath, a control of the eyes (Drishti), and an engagement of the internal body (Bandhas) to create heat and release tension. Ashtanga classes are often compared to a "meditation in motion" where the body takes on various shapes while the mind remains focussed and relaxed. This class incorporates a mix of poses for strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

6:00 – 7:15pm

Power Vinyasa

Becky S.
Power Vinyasa is a strong and thoughtful practice focused on breath and movement that incorporates different styles of breathing, strength, flexibility and balance. It will also offer progressions to build into more challenging postures including arm balances, inversions, and standing balances.
7:30 – 8:45pm

Yin Yoga

Mary Beth F.
Yin is a very slow deep stretching class intended to move beyond the holding of the muscles into the patterns of fascia (connective tissue) so you may release tension in the body. Often with 3 to 5 minutes in each posture, this class will leave you feeling open and relaxed.
