Yoga + Fitness Schedule

Welcome back to Yoga at Mesa Rim!

We are so excited to practice together in-person once again! Our Yoga schedule and policies look a little different at the moment, and we thank you for your understanding as we try to keep our instructors and members safe.

  • You can find our re-opening yoga schedule below. We’re currently offering five classes per week, and hope to add more soon!  
  • In-person attendance to our yoga classes is capped at 7 participants and will be available at our Mira Mesa location only. Mission Valley will not reopen with yoga classes at this time.
  • Pre-registration is not required; however, you can call the gym ahead of time to reserve your spot in a class! Yoga classes will work on a first-come, first-serve basis. Be sure to check-in at the front desk upon arrival at the gym.
  • Facemasks will be required at all times while in the facility, including yoga.
  • You must bring your own yoga mat and any preferred props. At this time, Mesa Rim will not be providing yoga mats or props. 
  • Entrance into the studio will be upstairs (same as before); however, you will exit the studio through the back door. 
  • When in the studio space, place your mat on one of the marked locations. Remove and store your shoes next to your mat. 
  • Both doors to the yoga studio will remain open to increase airflow, and we’ll have sanitizing air filters running throughout the class. We’ve also reduced class length 45 minutes to reduce interpersonal contact.
  • If a class is full and/or if you’d prefer to practice from home, many of our Yoga classes are also available live in our Virtual Studio.
