Stimulate your nervous system, build heat, and engage all of the major muscle groups in your body. This adventurous and well-balanced class varies each day. A great way to recharge your body and focus your brain during lunch break.

Combine fitness and movement in a unique way to develop control of your own body. Practice mobility, partner drills, strength, and handstands.

- Training barefoot is preferred.
- All levels of athletes welcome.

Bowspring improves dynamic movement, opens the belly and neck while lengthening the spine, and overall challenges the body in unique and unexpected ways.
Who should take this class? Movement enthusiasts and open minded yogis seeking a powerful class that details specific alignment for mindful movement and increased longevity of the joints. Bowspring is especially helpful for those with back and wrist pain and are seeking a practice that minimizes joint compression.
