Joseph D.This fast-paced circuit training is focused on full-body strength and conditioning, with an emphasis on core strength that will improve overall fitness. Circuits range in length from 20-40 minutes, followed by restorative stretches and instructor feedback.

Heated Power Hour
Jazelyn D.Classes are on a first come first serve basis.
A short-form Vinyasa Flow class, Power Hour Yoga is designed to stimulate the nervous system, create heat, and engage all of the major muscle groups of the body. Be ready to sweat - Power Hour Yoga is a great way to get the blood pumping on your mid-day break. Temp will be about 85 - 90 degrees farenheit.

Slow Flow and Sound Healing
Aaron G.Classes are on a first come first serve basis.
A slower paced vinyasa class to move more mindfully between postures. This style incorporates breath to movement with controlled sun salutations. Expect a soothing sound healing at the end of class to sink into your savasana a little deeper.
Yin
Pearl P.Yin yoga is an excellent complement to an active/yang lifestyle. Deeply stretch and rehabilitate connective tissues and joints while increasing flexibility. This meditative approach allows for the exploration and a practice of surrender, encouraging introspection and relaxation with long held postures.
AcroYoga - Advanced
Victoria & Camilo C.Classes are on a first come first serve basis
AcroYoga is a playful practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga and the healing, loving nature of Thai massage. Working with one or more partners these three disciplines are fused into spectacular sequences of inversions, flows and balances.
This class is an advanced levels class. Our suggestion is, prior to taking this class you should be proficient in the following: bird, 4-step, star, side star, and standing flag. Although this is an advanced class, no one will be turned away for skill level.

Ashtanga Inspired
Jenna C.The Ashtanga Inspired class offers options for all levels of practice. Dynamic movements and creative sequencing are woven together with an awareness of breath, a control of the eyes (Drishti), and an engagement of the internal body (Bandhas) to create heat and release tension. Ashtanga classes are often compared to a “meditation in motion” where the body takes on various shapes while the mind remains focused and relaxed. This class incorporates a mix of poses for strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Morning Vinyasa
Anika S.Get up and get going! This class will wake up your body, mind, and spirit and send you into the day empowered and aware. A perfect way to warm up your muscles and calm your mind before a climbing session or going to work.
