Bowspring improves dynamic movement, opens the belly and neck while lengthening the spine, and overall challenges the body in unique and unexpected ways.
Who should attend this class? Movement enthusiasts and open minded yogis seeking a powerful class that details specific alignment for mindful movement and increased longevity of the joints. Bowspring is especially helpful for those with back and wrist pain and are seeking a practice that minimizes joint compression.

Core Clinic & Mobility Training (location: fitness area)

This fun and fast-paced circuit training class is focused on developing physical strength, flexibility, and kinesthetic awareness to improve overall fitness by combining calisthenics, gymnastic strength, and free weight exercises.

A mobility focused warm up prepares for the challenging core and strength circuit ahead. Class concludes with cool down movement challenges, (en)core work, and/or stretches. Progressions for all levels will be demonstrated and modifications can be made on the spot to accomodate injuries.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

This 60-minute Heated Yoga Vinyasa Flow takes the breath, mind and body to new heights. Stimulating your lymphatic system (which is responsible for flushing toxins out of your system), the heat will detoxify your whole body while improving circulation, mobility and mental focus. We will begin with an extended warm-up, lead into a powerful flow that incorporates a standing sequence, opportunities for arm balances and inversions, and lastly into a long, enjoyable cool down with plenty of space for deep stretching, meditation and savasana.

Class will be warmed to 80-85 degrees. A yoga or beach towel is highly recommended.
