Peak Fitness
Joseph D.This fast-paced circuit training is focused on full-body strength and conditioning, with an emphasis on core strength that will improve overall fitness. Circuits range in length from 20-40 minutes, followed by restorative stretches and instructor feedback.

Heated Power Hour
Jazelyn D.Classes are on a first come first serve basis.
A short-form Vinyasa Flow class, Power Hour Yoga is designed to stimulate the nervous system, create heat, and engage all of the major muscle groups of the body. Be ready to sweat - Power Hour Yoga is a great way to get the blood pumping on your mid-day break. Temp will be about 85 - 90 degrees farenheit.
Ashtanga Inspired
Mark S.The Ashtanga Inspired class offers options for all levels of practice. Dynamic movements and creative sequencing are woven together with an awareness of breath, a control of the eyes (Drishti), and an engagement of the internal body (Bandhas) to create heat and release tension. Ashtanga classes are often compared to a “meditation in motion” where the body takes on various shapes while the mind remains focused and relaxed. This class incorporates a mix of poses for strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow L 2/3
Kevin F.A fusion of creative yoga sequences that keep you moving, build endurance, mental focus, increase flexibility and strength while breathing in coordination with each movement. Expect upbeat music throughout class, and a restful savasana at the end to send you peacefully through your day.
Climbers Warm Up
Jenna C.Full body warm up to get you ready for an eveing of sending. Shoulder mobility, strengthening, and stability exercises for pre-habilitation and injury prevention. Expect a full body workout to create balance with a enough energy to climb afterwards.
-This class is included in your membership/daypass and meets in the fitness area but will be utilizing outside rubberized area for more space.
Yin
Jenna C.Yin yoga is an excellent complement to an active/yang lifestyle. Deeply stretch and rehabilitate connective tissues and joints while increasing flexibility. This meditative approach allows for the exploration and a practice of surrender, encouraging introspection and relaxation with long held postures.

Ashtanga Inspired
Michelle H.The Ashtanga Inspired class offers options for all levels of practice. Vinyasa Flow Level 2 / 3 - Intermediate/advanced is great for yogis who have a foundational understanding of yoga and are ready to challenge themselves with complex postures within a strong and powerful flow.
Slow Flow and Sound Healing

A slower paced vinyasa class to move more mindfully between postures. This style incorporates breath to movement with controlled sun salutations. Expect a soothing sound healing at the end of class to sink into your savasana a little deeper.

Nervous System Regulation

Empower yourself to take charge of your nervous system through breathwork and mindfulness! In this workshop you’ll be guided through practices that help you tap into your self-awareness and ability to notice changes in your nervous system. Then, you’ll put into practice tools for self-regulation to create balance and well-being within your mind-body.

Kendall Wood is a 500hr E-RYT, Yoga Therapist and iRest Level 1 Practitioner. She specializes in work with first responders, military, and other high-stress job populations.

Community Class: Yoga Teacher Training Graduate Edition
Our community yoga class is a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals of all abilities and experience levels to come together and explore the many benefits of yoga. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. Instructors for this class are a part of a continuing education program from Yoga Teacher Training and will rotate each week.
This is a free offering. No membership or day pass required.
