Saturday 4/27

10:00 – 11:15am

Slow Flow

All levels slow paced vinyasa class. Slow Flow is great for beginners or people newer to yoga. The pace is meditative, emphasizing calm and peace in the mind and body. The poses are held for longer and will increase relaxation by relieving tension.

12:00 – 1:00pm

Ashtanga Inspired Yoga

This class is for all levels and focuses on dynamic movements with a creative set flow that weave together awareness of the breath, a control of the eyes (Drishti), and an engagement of the internal body (Bandhas). Astanga classes are often compared to a "meditation in motion" where the body takes on various shapes while the mind remains focused and relaed. Expect a mix of poses that will invoke strength, flexibiltiy and relaxation. You will feel the heat!

Intro to Functional Fitness

Intro to Functional Fitness (weight training). Come learn how to properly warm up, learn a full body workout that you will be able to do on your own and build confidence in the fitness center. There will be a proper cool down at the end of the workout.

Sunday Community Yoga (( free for nonmembers ))

Community Yoga - join us for a complimentary yoga class every Sunday! No day pass/membership needed. This class is designed for people that have dealt with injuries in the past or are new to this practice and is geared towards people that are curious about yoga but haven't done much.  All levels and especiially beginners, are welcome! Mostly yoga asana (poses) focused.

Cardio Core

This 30-minute workout will utilize mostly bodyweight exercises with some light weights and other accessories in order to build heat and core strength! Expect to sweat so bring a small towel! No matter your fitness level, this class is approachable and adaptable for all levels.

6:00 – 7:15pm

Vinyasa Flow

The Sanskrit term “vinyasa” is commonly used to describe a style of yoga which uses sun salutations to link poses together with dynamic flow of movement and breath. Vinyasa Flow classes are infused with creative sequences that keep you moving, building endurance and increasing strength.

Bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need. Limited rentals available.

Your instructor will help to ensure all mats are a safe distance apart.
7:30 – 8:30pm

Restorative

All levels Restorative class

This class is an excellent complement to an active lifestyle. While most forms of physical activity strengthen and condition muscles, restorative yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues and joints, promoting a healthy range of motion and functional movement.

Bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need. Limited rentals available.

Sunrise Yoga provides a vinyasa based practice that will reawaken your body and mind. Often tailored to the needs of the group, it may include breath-to-movement sequencing, traditional postures, mobility exploration, and/or myofascial release that will unwind tension and prime your for whatever the day brings!

Flow through creative and challenging sequences to build strength and flexibility.  Slow down to set up and mobilize, then connect breath to movement with opportunities to work on balance postures, arm balances and inversions.

This short, fast-paced circuit training session is a challenging workout that builds the solid base you need to become a stronger climber or yogi.
Enjoy 60 minutes of a full body workout. All levels are welcome!
